What We Do
Complete Irrigation Solutions for Your Property
From a single broken head to a full system redesign — we keep your landscape hydrated efficiently and reliably.
Repair & Troubleshooting
Wet spots, low pressure, or heads that won't pop up? We diagnose and fix leaking valves, broken lines, clogged nozzles, and controller errors — often the same visit.
Winterization & Blow-Out
Michigan winters are no joke for exposed plumbing. We comprehensively blow out your system before the first freeze, preventing costly cracks and bursts that wait for spring.
Spring Startup
Don't wait for your neighbors' brown lawns to motivate you. We activate your system after winter — pressurizing zones, adjusting heads, and programming your controller for the growing season.
Controller Upgrades
Old dial timers waste water and stress your lawn. We install smart controllers with weather-based scheduling, rain sensors, and smartphone access — cutting your water bill while keeping grass greener.
Landscape Maintenance
Beyond the pipes, we help with head adjustments, zone balancing, mulch bed care, and seasonal cleanups so your entire landscape stays sharp from spring green-up through fall dormancy.
About Us
Local Roots, Professional Craft
American Lawn Sprinkler Services has been serving Burton and the greater Genesee County area with dependable irrigation work. We know how Michigan's freeze-thaw cycles, heavy clay soils, and seasonal rainfall patterns affect residential landscapes — and we design systems that work with those conditions instead of against them.
Every job starts with a careful assessment of your property. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or upselling work you don't need. If a single head repair will solve the problem, that's what we'll do. If a full redesign makes more sense, we'll explain why.
